Can I return an item I bought online in the store? Yes, we accept returns of items purchased online.
I have a gift card. Can I use it in the store? Yes. Gift cards can be redeemed in the store as well as online.
If an item is on sale on the website, is it also on sale in the store? Yes, although we don’t always carry everything that’s available online in the store. Call or e-mail us to double-check before coming into the store.
Is everything on the website also available in the store? No. We try to have as much of a selection as possible and we constantly get new product in, but we don’t have everything.
What cross street are you on? Hereford Street.
What is the nearest T station? We are approximately one block from Hynes Station on the Green Line and five blocks from the Copley Square stop on the Green Line.
Where can I park? Parking is limited on Newbury Street and in the Back Bay. There are several parking garages along Newbury, as well as some metered parking along the street. *FREE parking on Sundays.
